Christmas Eve - Cincinnati

Santa Came! We had a wardrobe malfunction, but I think the boys were so excited that they didn't even notice! How many more years will Paul be able to do it without them noticing it is him??? Knowing Alex, this was the last year! Drew didn't make it this year - him and his cousin Leah conked out way before Santa showed up.

Five Months Old

Drew is growing up fast! At five months (December 18th) - he wasn't rolling over quite yet - still sleeping horribly, but cute as a button. I tell everyone, "He is such a good baby during the day". We go to his six month appointment on January 20th, so I am anxious to see how much he has grown since his four month appointment. I know, I know - I need to get those stats on here too... Behind, as always.

Deck the Halls

Take 1

Take 100

This year we have added an additional tree at our house - in the boys room! It is only a small one, but they love it! We finally put the finishing touches on the big tree this weekend - it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here! Love it! I couldn't pick a favorite - so you get two similiar pictures, cute for different reasons...

SANTAMANIA!

Sighting #2: The boys with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Tim's work

Sighting #3: The boys with Santa at the HPPE party!

Sighting #4: My favorite picture (wish Drew was in there) of the boys at the church party with Santa

Santa was very busy this weekend - he was all over Cincinnati. Sighting #1: We went to the mall on Thursday to run an errand and the boys saw Santa and I have never seen them so excited! They begged me to go see him - thank goodness there was no line. I wasn't about to pay to get his picture (minimum investment was $22), since I knew we would run into Santa on Saturday AND Sunday, so we just got "free hugs and smiles" and went on about our day. Sighting #2: Tim's company always has a Breakfast with Santa party the first Saturday in December. Santa and Mrs. Claus are there for pictures and they even have a bunny they bring with them. There are lots of yummy breakfast foods and a room full of crafts, where they show Christmas movies on the big screen. The boys love going to Tim's work for visits, so the fact that Santa was there, was just a bonus... Sighting #3: The mom's group that I have been doing more with since I have been on leave hosted a party at the boy's school and guess who was there again? Yep, Santa! Alex is really into crafts and coloring, so he sat down most of the time and colored, while Evan and his buddies ran around. Sighting #4: Santa decided he should go to church before he headed back to the North Pole, so he stopped by and saw the kids one more time. Our young families group at church hosted yet another fun party with more Christmasy crafts. Again, Alex sat and colored the whole time, while Evan ran around like a mad man. Drew escaped this last picture, while catching a morning cap nap. And my over-priviledged child Alex, will get to see Santa one more time since he was just invited to a birthday party where we ride a real train and head up to the North Pole (that is what the invitations says anyway).

KAO Brands Holiday Party

Unfortunately, if you want to see a picture of Drew these days, chances are I will be in it. He is attached to me most of the time...

Naughty Evan!

Double Trouble!

Rotten is all I can say...

The boys were so naughty but had a good time at their dad's holiday party. Alex is constantly talking about how he knows he is on the naughtly list and he is trying to do better. I have seen no improvement... Evan, well, we won't even go there - he must be deaf, because he does not listen to a thing I say. I still love them! Oh and their shirts say, "Gimme all the presents" - yep, that sums it up.
